We supported our client in the complete renovation of her acquisition dedicated to rental. We modified the layout of the different spaces in order to add a separated toilet and to open the kitchen to the living rooms. This allowed us to open the apartment on the two facades of its building and thus maximize the brightness in the living spaces. This is amplified by the creation of openings on the interior partitions. We also selected all the furnitures, lightings and decoration and then supervised their installation.
