Hauteville Armchair
Creation
The Hauteville armchair was originally created for the relaxation area of the offices of the Paris subsidiary of a railway logistics company.
The cushions of the Hauteville armchairs are interchangeable and / or replaceable if necessary because they fit into the chair structure. It is made entirely of solid oak whose traditional assemblages are through and therefore apparent. The structure is designed to optimize production, the armrests are symmetrically identical, as well as the seat and backrest frames, which are also identical. This drawing allows the Hauteville chair to become the eponymous sofa by repeating the same elements.
