Resolutely attached to his student apartment, which he has become the owner of, our client asked us to redevelop it in order to make maximum use of the volume of his property. After cleaning the space and demolishing a separating wall, the new layout aims to create several small spaces, nevertheless comfortable, through the creation of a mezzanine and a set of arrangements allowing the exploitation of the volume to its full height. The staircase leading therefore contains a drop-leaf desk in addition to numerous storages while, under this mezzanine, there is a lounge area and a wardrobe. The apartment being located on ground level, the objective was also to open up the space as much as possible so that the entire apartment benefits from the light provided by its two large windows.
